Price the job while the details are fresh
- 1. Choose Quote and describe the customer, job location, included work and your own prices. Pause to check a measurement if needed.
- 2. Review the scope, materials, exclusions and validity before saving. The customer should be able to tell what the price does and does not cover.
- 3. Share the checked PDF from your phone. Record the customer's response, then create an invoice from the accepted quote when appropriate.
Worth knowing: SayInvoice does not inspect the site or decide your price. A quote draft is not evidence that the customer accepted it.
