Terms

Using SayInvoice

These terms explain the basic rules for using SayInvoice and what you should expect from the current app version.

Service

What the app does

SayInvoice helps you record a job note, build an invoice draft, review it, and share or export it from your phone or browser.

Your responsibility

You must check before sending

  • You are responsible for checking names, addresses, line items, VAT, totals, and due dates before you send an invoice.
  • You are responsible for making sure any invoice you send is accurate and lawful for your business.
  • You should not rely on the app as accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Saved data

Local storage and saved clients

The app can store your profile, invoices, and saved clients to make repeat invoicing quicker. If a client has a saved invoice, you may be able to say their name again and reuse the saved address and email.

Third parties

Connected services

Some app features rely on third parties, including voice processing and any share destination you choose. Those services may have their own terms and privacy rules.

Availability

Service changes

Features may change, improve, or be removed as the product develops. Free trial limits, paid plans, and future integrations may also change over time.

Common sense

Use the app professionally

  • Do not upload or share information you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
  • Keep your own device, browser, and business records secure.
