From a spoken job to a checked invoice
- 1. Choose Invoice and tap the microphone. Say the customer's name, job address, work and price. Include payment terms if you have agreed them.
- 2. Pause when you need to check a detail, then resume the same recording. Finish when you have covered the job.
- 3. Check the customer, line items, VAT and total in the draft. Correct anything misheard before saving and sharing the PDF.
Worth knowing: A recording is not a sent invoice. You choose when to share, and must complete the send in your chosen app.
