SayInvoice builds the draft
Your job note becomes editable line items with calculated VAT and totals. Check the wording, figures and tax treatment before using the draft.
Check and make changes
Edit the customer, descriptions, quantities, prices and notes. Type changes or use voice editing, then review the result.
Save or share the PDF
Download the document or open your phone's sharing options for WhatsApp, Mail and other apps. Opening a share option is not delivery confirmation: you complete the send and mark the document sent yourself.
Organise photos, costs and records
Photograph a receipt, check its suggested details and save the cost. Link before-and-after photos to the job. Record what's paid and choose a workbook, CSV pack or PDF pack for your accountant, with matching PDFs and confirmed receipt evidence.
What the export checks
VAT, expected CIS, deposits, recorded payments, confirmed costs and items needing attention. Records are prepared for review, not tax filing. CSV packs are on web/PWA now. iPhone availability depends on your installed version.
Your own Xero business
Skip entering the same job twice
Paid members can connect their own Xero organisation on the web or iPhone. Choose invoices, checked receipts and attachments, then review and export drafts. Optional payment recording needs separate review and confirmation of the amount, date and receiving account.
It does not collect money or reconcile your bank. New connections are subject to availability. Last synced is the latest successful transfer, not proof that every item is complete.
