Chase the right invoice, not a customer who already paid
- 1. Check the due date and payment status in History. If the customer has paid, update the record first.
- 2. Prepare a reminder for the unpaid invoice and review the amount, reference and wording.
- 3. Choose how to share the message, check the recipient and complete the send yourself. Private reminders alert you; they do not send the customer a message.
Worth knowing: Opening a sharing app does not prove delivery. Bank reconciliation and payment collection are not performed by the reminder.
