SayInvoice turns your notes into useful business documents and insights. For optional AI features, only the information needed for the action you choose is securely processed through OpenAI.

Information used for your request

Voice recordings you choose to make.
Transcripts, typed job notes, voice edits, and private voice notes.
Any client or business details contained in that input, such as names, addresses, email addresses, job descriptions, prices, and document details.
Paid invoice and resolved quote details only when AI business insights are requested.

SayInvoice does not send your whole account automatically.

How it is used

The information is processed only to complete the feature you requested. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. SayInvoice does not sell this data or use it for advertising.

You can choose Not now and continue using non-AI parts of the app. You can review or withdraw this permission later in Profile > More. Withdrawing stops future AI sharing.
