The information is processed only to complete the feature you requested. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. SayInvoice does not sell this data or use it for advertising.
You can choose Not now and continue using non-AI parts of the app. You can review or withdraw this permission later in Settings > More settings > Privacy & AI. Withdrawing stops future AI sharing.

Use your authenticator app. For first-time setup, scan this code or enter the setup key. Keep the key private and keep access to your authenticator.
Enabling an authenticator secures your account and may sign out other devices. You will need its code for Xero on future sign-ins.
When you review and export, SayInvoice shares the selected invoice or cost details and relevant customer or supplier contact details with your chosen Xero organisation. Enabled invoice PDFs and receipts, and job photos you explicitly select, are shared as attachments.
SayInvoice reads Xero contacts, account and VAT codes, invoices and payment status to check exports. Payments need a separate review and confirmation, which may approve a draft invoice. This records money received; it does not collect money or reconcile your bank.
Connection tokens are encrypted on the server. Xero data is not used to train AI models. Disconnect to stop future sharing; records already sent remain in Xero.
SayInvoice will only create drafts. It will never mark anything paid automatically.
Xero may limit new connections. Get connection help.
Choose the account and VAT codes from the selected Xero organisation. SayInvoice leaves anything uncertain for review.

Exports create draft invoices and bills. Paid receipts, deposits and CIS deductions need review. Optional payment recording needs separate confirmation and may approve an invoice. It does not reconcile your bank or submit a tax return.
Uses invoice issue dates. The workbook includes a summary, business details, invoice-level figures and line items. The PDF pack contains the same selected invoices.
Permanent action
This permanently deletes your SayInvoice profile, clients, quotes, invoices, settings, insights, and uploaded logo.
Any active website subscription will be cancelled immediately. Previous charges are not automatically refunded.
Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, or diagnostic records may be retained or anonymised where legally required.
